  1. What currency are you using? Where are you based?
    Beauty One is an online fashion store based in Malaysia and we ship internationally. Therefore, the currency displayed on Beauty One is Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) by default. At the moment, we only accept payment in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), Singapore dollars (SGD) and US dollars (USD). To convert prices to other currencies, please go to the top left section of the website. The currencies available may vary according to strong customer demand.

  2. Can I order from outside Malaysia?
    Yes, of course! For Malaysia customers, you can make payment via iPay88 / Paypal or you can make payment to our Maybank account via Internet banking or ATM fund transfer. For international customers (other than from Malaysia), you can make payment via PayPal (in SGD and USD only). Please refer to our Shipping information for shipping rates to your country.   3. How can I check my order status and order history?
    Simply log on to your Beauty One account to check your order status and order history.
    In addition, you will receive e-mail updates on your order status when your order is processed and shipped.

  4. Why is my order taking 5 to 10 days to ship?
    Most items on Beauty One have to be specially imported from overseas and this may take up to 10 days. At times, there may be designs that are popular to the point that the demand becomes overwhelming. The design would then be restocked and this may take some time (ranging from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the availability of the fabric, the complexity of the design, etc.) In such cases, time is a crucial factor in securing the stocks for you. As such, if there are restocking design(s) in your order, you will receive the rest of your order first. The restocking design(s) will be indicated on your invoice as well as in the notification e-mail.

  5. What if the item runs out of stock?
    If the item you ordered has sold out, we will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible. You may opt for a replacement design, a refund in shopping credits or a cash refund. Occasionally, we may restock certain sold out designs. Do contact us with the item name (size/colour, if any).

  6. Can I adjust or modify my order?
    Your order is final once it has been processed. If you've made a mistake or wish to make changes, do contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

  7. Can I reserve an item?
    To be fair to all customers, we do not take reservations. Please make payment as soon as possible to secure the items you want.

  8. Do you have a physical shop or stockist?
    Beauty One currently operates online only we haven set up any retail store yet.

  9. Can I do a self-collection?
    Yes, you can! Self-collection is available at our virtual office at MBE Kota Damansara.
    We will notify you once your item is ready to collect, do contact us or leave a comment note "Self-Collection" when you check out your shopping cart.

  10. Urgent! I need this dress by tomorrow, is it possible?
    While most items from Beauty One have to be specially imported from overseas (may take up to 5  to 10 working days)
    However, we do stock on some designs from time to time. Do contact us with the PRODUCT CODE / COLOUR / SIZES.
    Or Kindly Refer to Clerance (which shipping time takes only 1-3 days!)

  11. How do I know what size to choose?
    Every item is different just as every body type is unique.

    To assist you in sizing selection, measurements references are provided on the product page for you to compare against your clothing's measurement.
    Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat, except for chest and waist measurements which are taken around the specified area.
    Please note that there may be a slight difference (+/- 2 cm) from the measurements stated.

  12. How can I pay for my order?

    For Singapore customers, you can make payment via PayPal, Internet banking and ATM fund transfer (in RM via Maybank).
    For international customers, you can make payment via PayPal (in USD).
