DELIVERY / SHIPPING TIME

Most items on BeautyOne are imported stock from overseas sourced from many different sources to ensure that you get variety items of the best quality and pricing. 

Therefore it will take some time to get the right stock and deliver it to your doorstep.

Delivery and imported time is subjective to logistic handling and progress of custom clearance.
As always we will try our best to speed up any possibilities from our sides.

Standard Processing + Import Shipping time is 5- 10 WORKING DAYS, unless otherwise stated 
(Eg: Customised items takes 7 to 14 WORKING DAYS / Clerance items 1-3 Working Days)

You will receive e-mail notifications when your order has been processed and subsequently shipped.
You can also always log in and check your order status through My Account.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (within Malaysia)
2- 3 working days(Clearance) / Standard 5 -10 working days (or otherwise stated)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (Worldwide)
10-14 working days (unless otherwise stated)

All the stocks will be examined to ensure it is in good condition before sending out to customers.
Customer required read and agree with the all the terms & conditions before proceed for the order payment. 
BeautyOne aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase.
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

 


PARCEL TRACKING

POS LAJU

Orders shipped via Pos Laju are insured and trackable. You will be informed via e-mail when your order is being shipped so you can track your order.

Delivered to: Doorstep (receiver required)
Delivery Hours: Mon-Sat 9am-5.30pm (except 1st Saturday of the month)

 

Tracking number

Will be provided when the item is shipped. Customer could trace their parcel at http://www.poslaju.com.my/emstrack/

If the parcel failed to be delivered due to customer personal reasons (eg:wrong address, etc) extra shipping postage will be charge to customer.
